Serenity is a restorative desert retreat designed for groups to relax, recharge, and explore Scottsdale. The single-level home has an open-concept layout, designer furnishings, abundant natural light, and an oversized accordion door that opens to the backyard sanctuary. Sleep up to 10 guests across three king beds and two twin bunk-bed sets. Two contemporary bathrooms feature walk-in showers. Wellness-minded details include: • Luxury Helix mattresses (including the bunk room) • Organic Egyptian cotton bedding, organic cotton towels, and premium duvets • Motorized room-darkening roller shades and blackout curtains in each bedroom • Air purifiers throughout the home and shower filters • Reverse-osmosis drinking water • Fragrance- and allergy-free detergent for linens, with no dryer sheets used • High-quality paints and health-conscious pest-control treatments free of harsh chemicals The fully stocked kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, stainless steel gas stove, double oven, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils. Enjoy a Keurig, a drip coffee maker with individually packaged cream and sugar, and a Brio pellet ice machine. Two 65-inch 4K TVs, fast Wi-Fi, books, board games, and a free in-unit washer and dryer add everyday comfort. Outside, unwind in the private outdoor pool, available year-round and open 24 hours, or gather on the large shaded patio with premium outdoor furniture, outdoor dining table, sun loungers, patio games, and a charcoal BBQ grill. The pool vacuum runs on a set schedule; please turn it off before swimming if it is running. For guest safety and property protection, three exterior security cameras monitor the front door, side gate, and backyard. No cameras monitor indoor areas.
